After Klaipėda Terminal Group, Ltd. Initiated a process of selection of ERP system, we, together with the Client’s team, performed a detailed assessment of business processes, procedures, and operations in all companies of the group.
Having understood why changes are needed we determined deficiencies of existing business management of systems, processes, and procedures, discussed the necessary improvements that could be expected from the new solution. Cooperating with the Client’s team we developed a comprehensive list of business process functions and requirements that the new business management solution has to meet. This is one of the essential steps when choosing a business management system.
We are happy that the Client based on recommendations and insights presented by us is in the final stage of introduction of ERP system and selection of supplier.
